Counterpass is simple QR table ordering for independent venues — set up a menu, take orders at the table, and get paid into your own account.

Counterpass is built and operated by Counterpass Ltd — a UK company. Company number: 17432716. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

What Counterpass does

Counterpass gives an independent venue its own online ordering page. Customers scan a QR code or follow a link, browse the menu, and order from their phone — no app to install and no account to create. The venue sees each order arrive live on its dashboard, accepts it, and brings it to the table when it's ready.

Payments go directly to the venue: customers pay the venue's own payment account, not ours. Counterpass charges the venue a simple subscription — that is our only charge.

Our role

Counterpass provides the ordering platform and payment facilitation only. Every order is placed with the venue itself — the venue is the seller, and the customer's contract for what they order is with the venue. Counterpass is not a party to that sale.
