Accessibility

Counterpass should be usable by everyone — including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, or larger text. This page sets out the standards we build to, honestly: they are the standards we work to on every screen, not a certified audit result.

What we build to

Where we are honest about limits

Counterpass is a young product and we have not yet commissioned a formal third-party accessibility audit. We treat accessibility as part of building every screen rather than a separate pass, and we fix problems when they are reported.

Tell us when something isn't working

If any part of Counterpass is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to know. Contact us at support@counterpass.co.uk and we'll do our best to fix it — and to get you what you need in the meantime.
